Our team is a passionate group of football enthusiasts brought together from all corners of the globe, collaborating in a remote environment. Our members are from all walks of life, ranging from young students to seasoned professionals in the football and tech industries. Our engineers have built multiple online community platforms used by tens of millions of users. Our product designers are serial entrepreneurs who have developed one of the most popular K-pop fandom platforms in the world. Additionally, we have members from football associations and leagues across various countries, as well as star players from European leagues including Serie A. Nevertheless, we are still small compared to the scale of our ambition: uniting fans worldwide and creating a win-win ecosystem connecting fans with clubs and players. To achieve this vision, we need your participation. Our manifesto, "By the fans, For the fans," isn't just a catchy slogan—it's our serious strategy and guiding philosophy for execution. Our “Ambassador Program” stems from this very philosophy. Our Ambassadors are not merely early users seeking rewards and privileges—they are individuals we’ve chosen to build our service alongside. They represent the foundation stones for 11+ Team’s evolution into a truly community-driven organization. In a broader sense, our Ambassadors are 11+ Team members.
