11+ is a football community platform where fans can engage with their favourite players and team and build connections with global football communities. We are dedicated to safeguarding your personal data while providing innovative services that connect global football fans. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union and other international standards.

Your Profile Information: Information when you register on the Platform, including your username, password, date of birth (where applicable), email address and/or telephone number, information you disclose in your user profile, and your photograph or profile video.
User Content: Content you create, upload, or share on the 11+ platform, including posts, comments, feedback, reviews, photos, videos, and associated metadata (e.g., timestamps, location). Content may also include interactions like likes, shares, and hashtags.
Messages: Communications through our platform, including private messages, comments, and feedback. This includes the message content, timestamps, and participant details.
Transaction Information: Data related to purchases, subscriptions, or payments made through the 11+ platform, including public wallet address, billing, delivery, and payment details.
Your phone and social network contacts. If you choose to sync your phone contacts, we will access and collect information such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses, and match that information against existing users of the 11+ platform. If you choose to share your social network contacts, we will collect your public profile information as well as names and profiles of your social network contacts.
Surveys and Promotions: Information you provide when participating in surveys, contests, promotions, or other events conducted or sponsored by us.
Proof of Identity or Age: In some cases, we may ask for documentation to verify your identity or age to comply with applicable laws or unlock certain features.

These partners also share information with us, such as mobile identifiers for advertising, hashed email addresses and phone numbers, and cookie identifiers, which we use to help match you and your actions outside of the Platform with your 11+ account
Payment Processors: Transaction details provided by third-party payment services, such as confirmation of purchases or refunds.
Affiliated Entities: Information shared within our corporate group to improve and personalize your experience.
Publicly Available Sources: Data collected from publicly accessible sources to verify accounts, improve functionality, or for security purposes.
We may receive information about you from others, including where you are included or mentioned in User Content, direct messages, in a complaint, appeal, request or feedback submitted to us, or if your contact information is provided to us. We may collect information about you from other publicly available sources.
1.5 Data Collected for Compliance
In certain situations, we may collect additional information to comply with legal, regulatory, or security requirements, such as:
Data required for fraud prevention or account authentication.
Information related to compliance with applicable laws, such as Know Your Customer (KYC) or anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Compliance and Security: To enforce our Terms and Conditions, detect fraud and fake accounts, and comply with legal obligations.
In the course of an compliance investigation, 11+ may take additional security measures, including but not limited to requesting additional supporting documents and/or information, or suspending or canceling the relevant transaction in the event the transaction cannot be verified. Where payment fraud has been investigated and confirmed, the relevant Data and other related information will be stored in 11+’s monitoring system and used for future verifications.
3. Sharing Your Information
3.1 With Business Partners and Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party vendors for:
Business Partners: If you choose to register to use the Platform using your social network account details (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google etc), you will allow your social network to provide us with your phone number, email address, username and public profile. We will likewise share certain information with the relevant social network such as your app ID, access token and the referring URL. If you choose to allow a third-party service to access your account, we will share certain information about you with the third party. Depending on the permissions you grant, the third party may be able to obtain your account information and other information you choose to provide.
Where you opt to share content on social media platforms, the video, username and accompanying text will be shared on that platform or, in the case of sharing via instant messaging platforms such as Whatsapp, a link to the content will be shared.
Service Providers: With trusted partners who assist with payment processing, data analytics, hosting, and other essential services.
Advertisers, Advertising Networks and Measurement Partners: We share information with advertisers and third-party measurement companies to show how many and which users of the Platform have viewed or clicked on an advertisement.
Football Leagues, Teams, Clubs, Associations and Federations (“Football Partners”) : 11+ may share your profile and information with Football Partners for their fan services and marketing services. You can choose if you consent to us sharing such personal data with our Football Partners or not.
We may also share your information with other members, subsidiaries, or affiliates of our corporate group, including to provide the Platform, to improve and optimize the Platform, to prevent illegal use and to support users.
Customer support and operational assistance.
3.2 Legal Obligations
We may disclose information as required by law, including to comply with subpoenas, legal processes, or law enforcement requests.
3.3 Business Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.
4. Data Retention
4.1 Account Information 11+ retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active. Upon account closure, personal data will be deleted, anonymized, or archived, except where applicable laws require or permit extended retention. In such cases, personal data will be retained only for the duration of the statutory limitation period or as otherwise mandated by law.
4.2 Data Use Personal data collected for analytics, research, or similar purposes will be retained until the relevant studies or reports are completed. Once the outcomes have been generated, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
4.3 Access to the Services Personal data processed for providing access to the Services will be retained for a maximum of fifteen (15) months from the date of the last relevant activity on the 11+ platform.
4.4 Blockchain Technology Personal data associated with transactions conducted on public blockchain networks, such as wallet addresses or transactional metadata, may be permanently recorded on the blockchain. Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, 11+ cannot modify or delete such data. Please refer to the "Blockchain Technology" section of this Privacy Policy for further details.
4.5 Compliance with Terms and Security
Fraud Prevention: Personal data processed for fraud prevention will be retained for three (3) years after being added to an alert list.
Security Matters: Data processed for account or platform security will be retained for five (5) years from the date of the last account login or suspicious activity.
4.6 User Requests and Communication For managing user inquiries or support requests, personal data will be retained for a maximum of three (3) years after the last communication.
4.7 Extended Retention for Legal and Legitimate Purposes 11+ may retain personal data for longer durations to fulfill its legitimate interests or comply with legal obligations. When the retention period expires, personal data will either be securely deleted or anonymized. In cases where active retention is no longer required, the data may be archived with access restricted to authorized personnel only.
4.8 Secure Deletion and Archiving When personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, it will be:
Deleted: Securely erased from active systems.
Anonymized: Processed in a way that it can no longer be linked to an individual.
Archived: Moved to restricted-access storage, accessible only by authorized personnel with a legitimate need.

6. Blockchain Transactions
6.1 NFTs and Blockchain Integration 11+ utilizes blockchain technology to create non-fungible tokens (NFTs), ensuring the authenticity and scarcity of your digital collectibles.
6.2 Data Storage Practices Your public wallet address and transaction details (purchases, transfers, withdrawals, exchanges) are securely stored on our servers and by our trusted partners. 11+ does not store personal data on public blockchains. However, withdrawing assets to external wallets will record transaction details on a public blockchain.
6.3 External Transfers and Third-Party Services When transferring assets to external wallets or services, be aware that such actions are subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third-party providers. 11+ is not responsible for the content or services offered by third parties and disclaims all liability for any issues arising from interactions with external service providers.
6.4 Legal Basis for Processing Processing your data related to blockchain transactions is essential for 11+ to provide services that offer verifiable authenticity and scarcity of your digital collectibles.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
7.1 Overview We and our service providers and partners use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixel tags, flash cookies) (“Cookies”) to automatically collect information about your use of the 11+ platform. Cookies help us analyze usage patterns, enhance your experience, improve platform functionality, provide personalized advertising, and measure the effectiveness of ads and content. Cookies also enable certain features and functionalities of the 11+ platform and allow us to promote our services on other platforms.
